A CBS television special, renowned for its legendary "Yma, Ava....Yma, Uta... Yma, Oona" sequence. Annie: The Women in the Life of a Man (1970) won Anne Bancroft her only Emmy for her portrayal of 14 different woman in 14 musical and comedy sketches. Bancroft's husband Mel Brooks contributed to the script and also appears onscreen.

Annie is a dainty nail beautician, unlucky in love, she is recruited as a contract killer of philanderers. Much to the ire of her Italian femme-fatale cohort, who is secretly in love with her, not only does Annie fall fall in love with her work, but also falls in love with one of her kills.

The second film in the "Suruga yukyoden" series, in which Shintaro Katsu plays Jirocho Shimizu. The film features Omasa, Komasa, Ocho, who will become Jirocho's wife, as well as other members of his future family. There is a particularly great swordfight near the end where Katsu and cronies attack the rival villainous yakuza clan to rescue their ailing, elderly boss. The action choreography, cinematography and editing of this sequence is quite brilliant, treading a difficult tightrope act between genuinely goofy antics and exhilirating, bloody violence.

When Alice sees Eric kissing another girl, she is devastated. To make matters worse, her rival runs with her in the same relay team. If Marie thinks that she is going to get away lightly after stealing Eric, she is mistaken. Alice might only be thirteen, but there are two things that she is sure of: she can run faster than Marie and Eric is the man of her life.

When a young soldier suddenly dies, his parents and his girlfriend are naturally shocked and upset by the news. Several months later a young man turns up at the parent's house claiming to be their dead son's best friend. They welcome him and invite him to stay for a while. They also introduce him to their son's girlfriend and she is similarly impressed by him. It is later discovered, however, that he is not what he appears to be and may have had a hand in their son's death.

A lonely composer committed suicide in his apartment in Belgrade. Unaware of the camera catching them, neighbours and other people, shows their inappropriate behavior.

On September 30th 2015 public broadcaster RUV in Iceland invited people to submit videos about their lives on that particular day. The film is made up of those contributions from hundreds of people all over the country. The film premiered on RUV a year later, on October 2nd, as a part of the celebrations of fifty years of RUV TV (September 30th 2016).

Director Jared Leto crafts a sweeping yet intimate cross-section of America shot on a single July 4th in 2017 with 92 film crews fanning out across each of the United States and Puerto Rico to capture A Day in the Life of America. A gargantuan production shot over a single 24 hour period across the country, the film weaves a wide range of beliefs and backgrounds into a rich tapestry of life.

In the run up to Christmas 2017 Iceland's public broadcaster RUV invited people to submit videos about their lives during the holiday preparations and celebrations. People from all over the country and abroad submitted their own material, filmed during 17.-25. december 2017.
